Does Mila work with an app on my phone?
No! While developing Mila, many parents told us their most important features in a baby monitor were: Privacy & Reliability. To give you a 100% secure, closed-circuit baby monitor that won't go down with your internet or drain your phone battery, we built Mila with its own dedicated 5-inch High Definition handheld monitor.
How many cameras can I use with Mila?
Connect up to 4 cameras to Mila's 5-inch handheld screen and view your little ones in split or quad screen or on a rotating full-screen.
Is Mila's camera battery powered?
No, battery-operated cameras die quickly and could leave you without your baby monitor if forgotten about! Mila's camera comes with an 8.6ft USB power cable, so you should always be able to reach a power source.
What if I break my monitor?
Parenting is tough work, and our electronics don't always make it out in one piece. So we've got you covered with our Accident Protection Plan. Giving you one free and full replacement of your Mila handheld screen and extending your warranty to 2-years, you can have the peace of mind of knowing you'll never be without your baby monitor. How does Mila's Voice-Activated Monitor Mode work?
When using Voice Activation, Mila puts your screen to sleep and waking up your monitor for 5 seconds when noise is detected at the camera. When multiple cameras are paired, Mila will intelligently show you the camera where noise was detected. There are also three sensitivity settings that allow you to select what types of noises your Mila will wake up for. While the monitor is in sleep mode, Mila is completely silent, giving you the best overnight experience.
How does Mila connect with the Levana Oma Sense Breathing Movement Monitor?
All of our baby monitors are stand-alone devices meaning they do not use any Wi-Fi or Bluetooth signals. We recommend using Oma Sense in tandem with your Mila Video Baby Monitor to better hear and see your little one if the Oma Sense alarm were to alert you your attention is needed.

What is Oma Sense™? How does it work?
Oma Sense was designed with WakeUp® Technology which features fluctuating vibrations, LED and audible alerts to increase baby’s response to stimulus if abdominal movement has stopped.
How it works:
Stimulation Alert
If no movement is detected for 15 seconds, Oma Sense uses a patented anti-sensory adaptation algorithm to sound an audible alarm with flashing LEDs and gentle vibration to stimulate your baby and encourage the return of regular movement.
Emergency Alarm
If movement does not return 5 seconds after the Stimulation Alert, Oma Sense sounds an emergency alarm with flashing LED lights and audible alarm to alert parents that their attention is needed. Oma Sense™ will encourage movement with a short period of vibrations, while you get to your baby. The alerts and lights will continue until the device is powered off.
Reassurance Indicator
If movement returns the Reassurance Indicator will return to flashing BLUE every 30 seconds and will continue to monitor baby’s movement. NOTE: Each time an alert occurs the BLUE LED will flash every 3 seconds for the first 30 seconds and then will return to every 30 seconds.
Where can I use Oma Sense™?
Oma Sense uses motion detection technology to measure your little one’s movements. Oma Sense must only be used while your child is in a motionless bed/cot.
Using the monitor while your baby is in a car seat, stroller, swing or other mobile carriers prevents the monitor from working correctly.
Do I need to charge the battery in Oma Sense™?
No! Oma Sense includes two Panasonic® 3V CR2450 coin cell batteries. Each battery will last up to 30 days based on normal usage. We recommend always keeping a spare battery. the monitor will alert you when the battery needs to be changed.
What type of battery does Oma Sense™ use?
Oma Sense includes two Panasonic® 3V CR2450 coin cell batteries. Replacement batteries are available for purchase on MyLevana.com with free shipping!
*Use of batteries other than Panasonic® 3V CR2450 batteries will void the one year warranty provided by Levana.
Where does Oma Sense™ clip onto my child?
Unlike other movement monitors, Oma Sense does not need skin contact to measure the movements of your baby!
The monitor should be attached over the navel area where the most movement occurs. To make finding the right position even easier, we’ve created both a visual guide and a video to help you keep watch over your little one!
* Oma Sense must only be used while your child is in a motionless bed/cot.

Can I connect Oma Sense to my Smartphone?
Oma Sense is a standalone movement monitor that does not require a connection to a smartphone to monitor your child. This means you don’t have to worry about Wi-Fi or Bluetooth signal interference. Oma Sense will alert you with an audible alarm if your attention is needed.
We recommend using Oma Sense with a Levana video baby monitor so you can hear the alarm anywhere you have the monitor and see your little one!
