Levana began as simply a struggle – not being able to see your little one in another room while they’re sleeping. That struggle evolved into bringing families all over the world the peace of mind they needed during the crazy journey we called parenthood. In 2017 we decided the video monitors on the market, including our own, were no longer good enough – so we began what we didn’t yet know would be a very long and challenging road to developing Mila, our first HD video baby monitor.
As some of you may know or had been apart of, we launched a Kickstarter campaign and eventually on Amazon early last year, quickly discovering some critical product flaws. Knowing this, we made the difficult decision to have everyone return their units for a full refund. While many of our customers were disappointed as they loved Mila, we take the quality of our baby safety devices very seriously and could not risk these flaws affecting more units. While this setback was hard to overcome, on top of the challenges that COVID has brought many small businesses, we worked closely with our loyal Levana customers to test and perfect every detail and are ready to re-introduce Mila to the world.
